Architectural design is the French Empire Victorian Style and for the first time at Gold Rush Bay includes a Mansard Roof. Each balustrade, railing, fishscale tile and shutter detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses.
Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. House INTERIOR plus furniture pops out from the bottom. Made of 3D printed plastic and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. May need some light sanding in some areas but not necessary. Note: This is not intended to be a toy. Each house is highly detailed
