N-Scale Victorian Lighthouse by Gold Rush Bay. Measures 5.5 inches high x 4.75 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep. Architectural design is in Victorian style evoking late 19th century. For the first time at Gold Rush Bay includes all interiors and space for lighting insert (lighting and bulb not included). Each room interior, kitchen, library, balustrade, railing, fishscale roof detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses.

Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. House splits into 2 pieces: shell and interior for maximum customization. For the holidays you can make your favorite scene in the windows to display on your train layout! Made of 3D printed plastic and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. There may be stringing in some areas of the house and the structure is fragile. Note: This is not intended to be a toy. Each house is highly detailed thus tiny details may break in shipping. Includes lighthouse only - no lights included. I will package as securely as possible but carrier handling is also a factor.
