Large Dark Gray O-Scale Victorian Mansion by Gold Rush Bay. Completely Assembled “Haunted” style for Halloween! Architectural design is French Empire Victorian and for the first time at Gold Rush Bay includes a Mansard Roof. Measurement: 8.5 in high x 7 in wide x 6.5 in deep. Each balustrade, railing, fishscale tile and shutter detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses.

Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. House is hollow for maximum customization. Hole allows for LED lighting to be wired into the house. Can make your favorite scene in the windows to display on your train layout! Made of 3D printed plastic and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. May need some light sanding in some areas but not necessary. Note: This is not intended to be a toy. Each house is highly detailed thus tiny details may break in shipping. Includes house only.
