Introducing a beautiful paintable Munster Family House Victorian Mansion from Gold Rush Bay. The Mansion is located in fictional Mockingbird Heights modeled after designed after Second Empire Victorian Mansions with some gothic elements thrown in. Built on the ruins of a fort. A generous mansard roof surrounds the top of the house dotted with open dormer windows. There are minute details on the “Shabby Chic” Distressed Exterior including a Walkout Balcony on tower's Master Bedroom. Original Cobblestone Wall and clapboard siding. The exterior is Brown color for easy painting with most acrylics or modeling paints. The entire structure measures 5 inches wide 3 inches deep and 3.5 inches high. Figures not included, house only.
